We were honored to host motivational speaker Jeff McCoy yesterday afternoon! He shared an important message with our students about social media addiction, encouraging them to unplug and connect with their friends and family. Thank you, Jeff McCoy, for your powerful presentation and thank you, Washington County Schools, for arranging this valuable event for our students.

Wallace Middle 8th grade students were excellent representatives of WMS on Saturday for the Gordon Mote concert at JSB! Gordon Mote is an Academy Award winning performer, and our students have been nothing but excellent!
Congrats to B. Poore who won the Communities in Schools Student of the Week. Each week teachers nominate students who have had good attendance, have been working hard in class, embody our Armor Up attitude, and have gone above and beyond to help others and be a good role model. He welcomed a new student in class and made sure that student felt included and welcomed in our school. He often helps others in class without being asked and has had a great Trojan attitude!
